The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, birthdate, how you'd rank your health, tobacco status, the coverage amount and term. These go to the carriers' quoting system to fetch prices and stay nowhere on our servers. No name, address, phone or email needed to see rates. If you ask the exact same question twice, we may cache the answer locally so we don't bug the quoting service twice.

Applying

If you decide to apply, your answers prefill a secure form on the carriers' application platform, and you proceed under their privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California broker (License 0B75129), coordinates the process.

The contact form

When you submit the contact form, you give us your name, email, an optional phone, your preferred contact method, the subject and your note. We send it by email to the agency; your email is where we reply. We don't archive the message, don't store it in a database and don't log it. A quick anti-spam check runs in your browser first.

Measurement

We track page visits using our own measurement system with no cookies or identifiers. Your IP gets partially masked before storage. Referrer details are stripped. Raw logs vanish after 90 days. Browsers with Do Not Track or Privacy Control turned on aren't counted.

What we do not do

We never sell your information, never track you for ads, and never run third-party tracking code. The sole outside script is the carriers' application system, which only runs if you land on the apply page.
